In Support of Zombie Yoga

In my previous post, Cooking with Gas http://icyexhale.com/2012/05/06/cooking-with-gas/ , I spoke to people who cultivate introspective motivation.  I also allude to a darker side of competition:

This bump and flow is a healthy competition with myself.  The necessity of what I do saturates the path before me in gasoline so my spark is always ignited.  There is an angle of competition that is less than savory, but we’ll get to that later.

Seems I got to that unsavory approach sooner rather than later.  The “angle of competition that is less than savory” is a topic I address in an article for Recovering Yogi, which was posted under “Zombie Yoga” today.  Come on, now, who doesn’t want to support Zombie Yoga?  http://recoveringyogi.com/the-competitive-edge/
