Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. If you are new to class please arrive a few minutes prior to start time for a little small talk.

There are sounds of nature in the background.

Yoga offers all the trials and exhilaration of kindergarten. We roll around on mats, try new things and sometimes laugh.
